Docs: Add Estuary as a data ingestion option

Summary

This update adds Estuary as a ClickHouse integration to the subsection on data ingestion resources.

If I'm able to add Estuary to the CMS API myself, I'd be happy to do so. Otherwise, to add Estuary to the integrations landing page, see the logo added to this PR and any additional Estuary attributes at: https://estuary.dev/brand-guidelines/
