Packages not compatible with make 4.4 can inherit this class to stay at 4.3.

Grmpf. I discovered this problem in parallel as well. I did fix it differently, though. See here. I would like to avoid making the make recipe version overridable. It makes the recipes harder to follow instead of having a dedicated "compat" make version. |
