CoeHarMod提供七种胜利路径,玩家需根据策略选择发展方向:
- 目标:快速发展科研实力,进入近未来时代并完成飞天项目。
- 必要单位:
- 发射地球卫星
- 启动登月计划
- 启动火星殖民
- 3个系外星系探索
- 3个拉格朗日激光站
- 条件:所有单位需在首都组装完毕。
- 目标:通过文化输出解锁乌托邦计划。
- 路径:
- 进入近未来时代解锁文化分支。
- 完成文化冲刺分支后建造 乌托邦计划。
- 目标:通过外交手段获得全球认可。
- 条件:
- 宗主国控制多数城邦。
- 建造提供外交支持的奇观(如 众拥之证)。
- 累计14个外交支持并在60回合后触发。
- 目标:让己方宗教成为全球主流。
- 条件:
- 创立宗教并传播至其他文明。
- 成为至少半数城市的主流宗教。
- 目标:积累财富与科技。
- 条件:
- 攒够50,000金币。
- 研究银行业科技。
- 目标:武力征服所有文明首都(含城邦)。
- 目标:彻底消灭所有其他文明(城邦除外)。
- 目标:在无法达成其他胜利时,通过高评分获胜。
- 条件:在最后一回合保持全球最高文明得分。
- 市政树特性:
- 显示在科技树中,但需通过 文化值 解锁。
- 首都建造后需在回合内消耗以激活市政。
- 政策切卡系统:
- 用建筑替代传统政策卡,分四类:军事/经济/外交/通用。
- 卡槽数量有限,需合理分配(通用卡槽可兼容其他类型)。
- 限制:每回合仅能切换一次政策卡。
- 区域分类:
- 专业区域(消耗区域位):圣地、学院、工业区、商业中心等。
- 一般区域(不消耗区域位):水渠、宇航中心、社区(待上线)。
- 奇观规则:
- 大多数占用1地块,提供持久或一次性收益。
- 若奇观未完工被他文明建成,原地块将废弃。
- 总督任命:
- 通过市政树、区域建筑(如市政广场)或奇观(西印度交易所)解锁头衔。
- 每文明仅限保留1名总督,且同一城市只能派遣1名。
- 秘密结社:
- 全国生效的通用总督,无需占用城市名额。
- 提供特定方位的强力加成。
CoeHarMod包含七类伟人:

- 基础来源:水资源(淡水+2,海水+1)。
- 建筑加成:
- 粮仓(+2)、下水道(+2)、兵营/大学/灯塔(+1)。
- 首都宫殿(+1)、农场/牧场(每2个改良提供1住房)。
- 玛雅文明:拥有独特住房系统。
- 计算公式:每2人口需1点宜居度。
- 状态影响:
- 满意(0-1):无增减益。
- 高兴(2-4):发展+10%,收益+10%。
- 欣喜若狂(>4):发展+20%,收益+20%。
- 不安(<-2):城市停滞并可能爆发叛军。
- 特性:隐形不可攻击,用于侦查和阻挡敌军。
- 风险:被敌方间谍发现可能导致殉职。
- 新机制:取消传统贸易金钱产出,改为通过 贸易站 获取收益。
- 条件:与首都连接的城市在贸易容量充足时可建造贸易站。

CoeHarMod offers seven victory paths:
- Goal: Achieve futuristic tech and complete space projects.
- Requirements:
- Launch Earth Satellite
- Initiate Moon Landing
- Start Mars Colonization
- 3x Interstellar Exploration
- 3x Lagrange Laser Station
- Condition: All units must be assembled in the capital.
- Goal: Spread your culture to unlock the Utopia Project.
- Path:
- Reach the Future Era to unlock cultural branches.
- Build the Utopia Project after completing the cultural sprint.
- Goal: Earn global diplomatic recognition.
- Conditions:
- Dominate city-states through suzerainty.
- Construct diplomacy-supporting Wonders (e.g., Domination Victory).
- Accumulate 14 Diplomatic Favor after 60 turns.
- Goal: Make your religion dominant worldwide.
- Conditions:
- Found a religion and spread it globally.
- Become the majority religion in ≥50% of cities.
- Goal: Amass wealth and technological prowess.
- Conditions:
- Gather 50,000 Gold.
- Research Banking technology.
- Goal: Annex all civilizations' capitals (including city-states).
- Goal: Eliminate all civilizations (excluding city-states).
- Goal: Achieve the highest score by the endgame timer.
- Condition: Maintain the highest score in the final turn.
- Municipal Tree Features:
- Displayed in the Tech Tree but unlocked via Culture Points.
- Activated by purchasing and consuming municipal units in the capital.
- Policy Cards System:
- Replaces traditional policies with buildings (4 categories: Military/Economic/Diplomatic/General).
- Limited slots; use General slots for hybrid strategies.
- Limitation: Only 1 policy swap per turn.
- District Types:
- Specialized Districts (1 district slot cost): Holy Site, Campus, Industrial Zone, etc.
- General Districts (no district slot cost): Aqueduct, Aerospace Center, Community (upcoming).
- Wonder Rules:
- Most occupy 1 tile with persistent/global benefits.
- Abandoned wonders leave tiles unusable.
- Governor Appointment:
- Unlock titles via Municipal Tree, districts, or the West India Company Wonder.
- Each civilization can assign only 1 governor per city.
- Secret Societies:
- National-level governors without city slot restrictions.
- Provide unique directional bonuses.

- Building Bonuses:
- Granary (+2), Sewer (+2), Barracks/University/Lighthouse (+1).
- Palace (+1), Farms/Pastures (+0.5 per 2 improvements).
- Maya Exception: Unique housing system.
- Formula: 1 Amenities per 2 population.
- Impact:
- Content (0-1): No bonus/malus.
- Happy (2-4): +10% Production/Gold.
- Ecstatic (>4): +20% Production/Gold.
- Unrest (<-2): Stagnation and potential rebellions.
- Features: Invisible units for scouting/blocking enemy movements.
- Risk: Detected spies may be eliminated.
- New Mechanic: Replace gold income with Trade Posts.
- Condition: Build Trade Posts in connected cities with available capacity.
