Adds a Vercel API key manager to the API key dialog, allowing users to add, remove, and select Vercel API keys. The "Get API Key" button now links to the Vercel AI Gateway. Fixes a bug with the Gemini 2.5 flash live model where the connection would fail due to an invalid `turnComplete` field in the JSON payload. This field has been removed from the `generationConfig`.

Gemini 2.5 Live Fix: A connection issue with the Gemini 2.5 flash live model has been resolved. The problem was caused by an unsupported
