New serverstats command #1
Description
The command will have 2/3 arguments: operation, year and month. But, the first time you execute the command, if you have MANAGE_GUILD permission, it'll ask if you want to enable it to store the amount of members, channels and roles. Each month it would store the those datas in cache and then the user would acess the data via the arguments.
ex: st!serverstats see 2020 January would return the stats of 2020 January.
There would be 2 operations, see and compare, see will let you see the given data, compare would compare the given data to another data, example:
