Merge ExtractThumbnailFromSource and ExtractThumbnail to single plugin

Please describe the feature you have in mind and explain what the current shortcomings are?

Both plugins are covering a bit different use cases (first one for thumbnail from explicitly provided file, second one looks for the file to use etc).

How would you imagine the implementation of the feature?

Both should be merged together, families and hosts filer should be probably removed.

Are there any labels you wish to add?

• I have added the relevant labels to the enhancement request.
