Potion Item have incorrect Color

Describe the bug

The color of the potion items are not the right ones when using the vulkan mod.
To be more precise, the red and blue values are inverted as you can see on the following screenshots. The potion effect particles are not affected by this bug and have their correct color.

On a modless fabric install (these are the correct colors):

Using VulkanMod (altered colors):

As you can see, potions having normally a green color are not very affected, which leads me to believe it's just the red and blue value that are inverted.

Here are the versions of the used software:
Minecraft 1.21.11
Fabric Loader 0.18.4
VulkanMod 0.5.8

Please tell me if you need more specs in order to recreate the bug.

Steps to reproduce

1. Launch minecraft with VulkanMod
2. Look a the potions

I didn't find any lines relevant to this bug in my minecraft logs.
