Rework handle streamlist/*

- streamlist/media/play/:id => play media
- streamlist/media/view/:id => view media meta (can add a "Play button to redirect to streamlist/media/play/:id

we can add two 'button or icon' on a media in Library & Playlist in order to play or view meta

please post suggestions or not :)
