Support global matchers for text

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
Date text that happens to be captured by screenshots is expected change often, leading to annoying false-positives. Such views can currently be hidden on a one-off basis but it would nice to handle this concern globally.

Regex to match and replace, or hide, certain text patterns.
