Experiment with making the UI easier

WAS: Add a way to "pre-skip" the optional steps.

In the original TTFD there was a drop down called "groups" with check boxes to uncheck when these steps should automatically be skipped.

Further, these steps should be optional:

• number of labels
• number of pathways
• reactions

Need a way to experiment with UI changes. This could be a good opportunity to radically change the UI.

The click-to-start UI idea is "too fast", need more opportunity to filter before showing a result. For now: go back to the step-by-step UI but with fewer default steps.
