Make elm-multitool an option for applications

What if an app were to put all its model/update/subs into elm-any-type-forms? Then a Less.Application would simplify much.

Needs lots of consideration! Probably out of scope for less-ui... :-D

• Make a Less.Multitool application where the model is stored together with all codecs needed to draw a Ui and to synchronize the state to and from a server

Question:

• How would an app creator model in-memory state?
