Retool Filter: USA Region, Exclude all except for "Games"

1G1R is picking up a clone.
"Virtual On - Cyber Troopers Net Link Edition (USA)" is the more recent version so it should be shown only and "Virtual On - Cyber Troopers (USA)" should be removed. Currently, both games are being shown on the list Retool outputs.

Evidence that the game is a clone:

The "Net Link" version is the more recent of the two.
The original has a build date of 1996-10-18 according to: http://redump.org/disc/20396/
The "Net Link" version has a build date of 1997-06-06 according to: http://redump.org/disc/51034/

Retool had correctly identified the other "Net Link Edition" games and removed the clones:
