the program is frozen

HI!

When I launch the program it freezes at this point. Also when I hit generate DAT it keeps working infinitely.

There's not a lot for me to go on here, as usually there'd be some sort of error message.

All I can think of is the following:

• Don't run an update and process DAT files simultaneously.
• Check that you have enough free drive space to download the updates and do the work on the DAT files.

What does "working infinitely" mean? Note that CDN files can take quite a few minutes to process. Additionally I see you're using parent/clone DAT files — that shouldn't be a problem, just know that Retool completely ignores the parent/clone data in favor of its own detection and clone lists, so standard DAT files are all that's required.
