Add "you need Flash" alert if Flash is not installed

I just spent much more time than I should have tracking down why the "Upload Files" button in the Uploadify dialog wasn't clickable and wouldn't open the file selector. Turned out I didn't have Flash installed for FF (didn't notice b/c Chrome comes bundled with it). Would be a useful helper for devs and site maintainers.
