docker deamon permission denied

Hey

my docker version is 18.03

when i run:

sudo docker run --rm -it -v /var/run/docker.sock:/var/run/docker.sock ubirak/docker-php:latest stack:converge bitbucket
I get:

Waiting for stack 'bitbucket' to converge

All services: to stable state
