Sort query parameters on permalink

May I suggest you that the parameters on the permalink to be sorted?

For example:

https://www.toptal.com/developers/gitignore/api/php-cs-fixer,windows,linux,macos,visualstudiocode

Could be:

https://www.toptal.com/developers/gitignore/api/linux,macos,php-cs-fixer,visualstudiocode,windows

This way, you could improve cache, save resources and make it easier for us to compare files.

I can try to submit a PR, if you find the idea useful.
