Enable a way to avoid false positives for IPv4 addresses #454
Description
As proposed by a TFGrid User:
"Need to have a way to verify a node's IPs are available publicly or behind a firewall. Currently having to deploy, check, delete, repeat."
This is especially true for to Dashboard UX as I understand.
