Restructuring repository structure

I propose to put all code related files inside the src directory:

• WindowChromeMultiscreen.sln
• Settings.XamlStyler
• WindowChromeMultiscreen.sln.DotSettings

Imo this would be cleaner. Would that be okay?

I usually prefer a structure like this:

I favor in having the .sln file outside of src because I see the src as the main place for code and beside it other folders like tests can go that will be part of the same solution .sln.
The solution file .sln also determines the place of .idea and I'm not fan of having that one inside src.

Not sure about Settings.XamlStyler but from what I've seen people tend to place it together with the .sln. Haven't yet seen, from my little quick research, someone to place it in src. Most probably I would vote for keeping it in the root folder as I see this file being more of a global settings file, the same as .editorconfig.

That's nice! I wasn't familiar with this structure. I think I'll adopt this for personal projects. I didn't realize it was intentional.

And yes, the Settings.XamlStyler is a global file.
