The backend should notice the workflow when the file is in use. Thus, the "in progress work" should be automatic.

Susan Brown: Is there an in progress status in the workflow stamps, as opposed to incomplete?I don't think so, which would be why there isn't any blue. I like the idea, though, of using this for documents that are actually in use i.e. locked or actively being edited. // I think you're right that working/inprogress as I said above could be produce automatically by other tools, as could any of the stamps in fact (we'll probably have a very basic mechanism when a person is finished with a single document, for instance, rather than bringing them to this interface).

Susan Brown: I like the muted green but it doesn't signal "go" to me the way a traffic light green might.

We should get rid of the "Start" (white) status in the status switcher. This can be auto update whenever the pin change stages.
