Susan Brown: Dependencies: Working these in would be great, but obviously complex. For instance, some stages of the workflow have no start and finish and so white wouldn't make sense: they should go from green in one box to green in another if there isn't logically an "i" stage. PUB and ENH to PUBLIC would be good examples of these. If they can't move there and immediately be complete, they'd go to TC or REV or CAS.
