Character Pane shows Added Annotation despite annotation length #131
Description
Open a file. Add an annotation that isn’t attached to a character and that starts at 0 seconds and ends at 15 seconds. Go down to the Character Pane Timeline and move the mouse over the grey line at the top of the Timeline. The Tool Tips text that pops up will be for the added annotation. Now drag the Scrubber past 15 seconds. Notice that the Tool Tips text that pops up is still for the added annotation even though the annotation has past.
