rFOX Log Indexing

Moralis doesn't not support large `eth_getLogs` block ranges preventing us from handling the indexing client side. Move this to the back end and conform with block range limits.

Start with in memory index and we can persist as needed thereafter. We will also need to update on some frequency or tap into streams for live updates.
