update egl_lavaan_boot.rds in vignettes

To build the stdmod_lavaan.Rmd vignette, the egl_lavaan_boot.rds file is read in, and this contains a saved lavaan object (version 0.6-16).

Because the internal structure of lavaan has changed (ie, new slots were added), building this with the github version of lavaan (0.6-22) will break this.

Could you regenerate this file with the new version of lavaan (0.6-21, just released), and put the updated version on CRAN? (No hurry, as lavaan 0.6-21 was just released).

@yrosseel , thanks for reporting this issue. I no longer use this (bad) approach to create vignettes, but forgot to update the vignettes in this package. I will fix this issue soon so that it won't affect the upcoming version of lavaan.
