Unified annotation / note-taking for videos

Description

Look into tools that can support ad-hoc annotations / notes about videos. Ideally this can easily be used and viewed by anyone with engaging access and can be filtered through / standardized.

Tasks

• Look into label studio
• Look into creating a new tool

Freeform Notes

Maybe using an LLM to standardize notes. Ideally each note / annotation would be tied to the person who made the note.

Initial thought is to create a annotation file that houses these notes and labels generated from notes by LLM.

• Label studio is good, but videos load slowly because we are working through engaging. May work well to host a central place to visualize different tracking / target ID experiments.
• Still want a better format for quick note taking on data
