Update WeDo extensions

This is in the official extension library from the "Add an Extension" button, not ScratchX extensions.

This picture is of new WeDo 2.0 extension in Scratch

EDIT: The WeDo extensions are now in the extension dialog just like in Scratch, but the WeDo 2.0 extension doesn't load.
