Producing code from Scratch blocks

Hello,
What if I want to produce code from Scratch blocks (think of binary code for a target VM) instead of executing it? Is this in the scope of extensions? Is it possible?

I was actually considering doing something like this myself originally for my University project, and unfortunately ended up completely changing my project design because I couldn't find a good way of doing this - what I thought would originally be a parsing job actually switched to me using the Javascript API for what I'm using (ROS). I noticed that it wouldn't be an option first for things like loops, we don't have control over existing scratch blocks so a repeat block with your extension in would actually just parse the target x amount of times, rather than creating a loop that represents it, maybe this works for what you're planning but my idea also relies on data gathered from an interface and as such loops cease to work.
