Update to Vtiger 7

I already saw a question you answered about update to 7.
I saw you wouldn't do nothing new, but I have a big interest in ModuleDesigner.
I'm beggining at developer world for Vtiger and you code facilite it a lot.
Is it hard to update it? or maybe do it with help of other people (like me, for example).
Or still, may I try to update it? (it will be very hard in this moment).
If I could, may you give me some tips?
