Compiling pdftools in miniconda on Windows #130

Hello,
I'm trying to run pdftools program on R in a miniconda environment on a Windows 10 64 bit operating system. However, I'm encountering an issue with the gcc linker. I'm not sure what to do. The rest of the programs work well, and I can compile them without any problems. pdftools is the only program I haven't been able to compile so far. Is there a solution to this problem?
