Multi-platform build (so it works also for arm64)

I really want to use this on my raspberry pi (5). I managed to get makemkv docker run on my pi, so I know it is possible. Also, i managed to build docker-ripper on my pi and it run once ripping an audio CD. However, I did something wrong later and I am too unexperienced to make this run stable again. I'd like to see a multi-platform build so i can just pull it from docker hub as I am used to do with other images.

I don't know if my sponsoring covers the development...

Since this project relies on a multitude of factors and third party tools that might not build for arm64 I am leaning towards just saying no.

But I'll give it a try / one attempt. If the latest image builds from the Dockerfile unmodified, I'd be happy to also provide arm64 images in the future.

You can now docker pull rix1337/docker-ripper:latest-arm64

Please note this is untested and may still not work. Manual builds will not happen for arm64. To many factors that might go wrong with their bigger builds scripts. 😉

I did some research because the 20+ minute build times were not optimal.

By leveraging this years freshly released arm build workers: https://github.com/orgs/community/discussions/148648
We now have build times in line with regular amd64 builds (around 2.5 minutes) 🚀
