🐛 [bug] - Ex 4 - Alerting - Alerts take too long to get fired #356

During the last delivery of the course, some people pointed out that because of the current configuration of the MongoDB alert, it takes quite a while for it to get fired (More than one minute).
If this is just an exercise where we want to show how alerts get fired, we should just adjust the time configuration to make it inmediate.

Reduce the monitoring window so that the the calculate average is triggered sooner
