Issues with using deploy.ps1 with Azure Cloud Console

To execute the uploaded script deploy.ps1 first it needs to be declared as code:

code .\deploy.ps1

Then it can be simply executed as follows:

./deploy.ps1

The script throws the following error when executed and values for subscriptionId,
resourceGroupName and deploymentName are entered:

If this error is ignored and all the following actions accepted, the script fails with the following error:
