Issues with using deploy.ps1 on MacOS

The script throws the following error when executed and values for subscriptionId,
resourceGroupName and deploymentName entered:

If this error is ignored and all the following actions accepted, the script fails with the following error:

After the fix I get the following error because the script fails to install necessary modules

@tomaslaz what was the reason you were using Powershell on MacOs vs Bash?

As I remember, I was testing the script written by someone else

@leestott this was @tomaslaz using the Powershell scripts I'd written. We tried a combo of local on MacOS, and in Azure Portal using the console. Worked much better in browser.

The scripts didn't work on MacOS because some of the dependent Azure packages weren't available for MacOS (I believe.. was a while ago now!)

The line which fails is one which tries to install Azure Powershell modules.
