Default VM Region selection is not dynamic and unable to create new subnets

When you select the DSVM Image the prepopulated region is default to the Cycle Cloud Head Node

Central US is the default in this example as the Cycle Cloud Head Node is based in Central US in this example

When you select a region which has NC series such as South Central US you are unable to select or create a new subnet/VNet see screenshot as such your unable to deploy the VMs.
