Describe the bug
Host readings not updated when host goes off line

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Hosts'
2. Click on 'any host that was online then goes offline'
3. offline host entries (ie cpu, memory, temp, uptime) are as if host is still online

Expected behavior
offline host readings should be reset to offline status

Environment:

• Pulse Version: 4.36.2
• Installation Type: [e.g. ProxmoxVE LXC

A 2nd issue is that when the host goes off-line alerts are raised but the host display does not change to reflect the host is offline without the user manually refreshing the display or going to another tab and returning.
