coming from heroku, where heroku run runs code on heorku's servers, railway run is a surprising that it's "run local code with a bunch of railway environment variables"
i worry someone might e.g. run a rails database migration in production inadvertently by someone who assumes it works like heroku run.
i like to mess with production environments as much as the next person but i feel this command could be named something different. inject, local– something that makes it clear you aren't running code on railway
