Title: Support multiple account configurations in CLI

It would be great if the CLI could support managing and switching between multiple user accounts.

Use case:
Currently, it seems only one account configuration can be active at a time. For developers who contribute to multiple organizations or use separate personal and work accounts, switching between them requires manually re-authenticating or editing config files.

Use case:
I need a way for my CLI to support logging into multiple Railway accounts at the same time. For example, I have one account linked to xyz@gmail.com and another linked to pqs@gmail.com. I want the CLI to let me add each login as a separate profile and switch between them easily, similar to how AWS profiles work.

Technical approach:
Each login session is stored as an independent profile. The CLI keeps a config file that tracks profile names, associated emails, and metadata, while the actual authentication tokens are saved securely using the system keychain. Users can create profiles, switch between them, and run commands under a chosen profile using flags like --profile or a default active profile. This provides a clean and safe multi-account workflow.

Please let me know your thoughts. I am going through the whole source code and will try to come up with a diagram explaining my approach more visually by End of tomorrow.
