HAWQS - Input Definitions API #134
Description
Create new pass through endpoint /hawqs/project/inputs which will retrieve the input json details that can be used for constructing a valid project input.
A new model and controller should be created for hawqs in Web.Services.
A new project/class should be created under the HMS solution for HAWQS where all logic will be located.
