Switch to EPI Suite jar API

There is currently not a windows server epi suite deployment, and it doesn't seem like they're going to let us call the staging one from the prod cluster. Seems like a good time to switch back to using the jar file API, and perhaps when EPI Suite deploys their API publicly we will switch to that.
