Create OS/program/settings backup of launch tower computer

Will have a complete card backup on at least one laptop at the launch.
A backup card will be kept with the launch tower computer up until the time it is put on the tower.

Tarball backup made of both boot and root file systems. Still need to find a safe place for these. An official PSAS file server seems like a better idea than a few random laptops.
