Unable to open imas directly on port

Scenario 1: I have installed imas according to the steps described but now I want it to open directly on https://***Server IP/Domain rather than https://Server IP/Domain:8080.
I have tried editing the server.py file and even scripts/server.cnf but got no benefit so kindly assist for the same.
Scenario 2: I want to run my php under https://Server Ip/Domain:8080/static/helloworld.php but it just downloads the php rather than running it. Even I have installed php and it runs on https://***Server IP/Domain/static/helloworld.php but not after specifying port 8080

for second scenario i think you have placed the php file in this repo and running python server.py and try to open that php file if it is that it will not work.

for scenario 1: modify server.py and add a port 80 instead of 8080 and port 80 should be enable on server check firewall rules.
