Generic error "Invalid campaign settings."

When I try to send a test campaign email, I get a generic error "Invalid campaign settings." when I look at docker compose logs I don't see any errors.

How can I find out what is causing this error?

The weird part is I don't change any of the settings and sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't

Can you save that campaign without problems?

Yes I can save with no issues, no warnings
