Consider keeping go to 1.24 in go.mod #504

This affects multiple repositories:
https://github.com/pb33f/libopenapi
https://github.com/pb33f/libopenapi-validator
https://github.com/pb33f/jsonpath

It would be preferable to keep go.mod at Go 1.24. At Prometheus, we aim to support two Go versions at a time, including the current upstream Go release.

Requiring a newer Go version would delay our adoption of libopenapi (see prometheus/prometheus#17825) until Go 1.26 is released. If the project then moves to Go 1.26, we wouldn’t be able to upgrade until Go 1.27, creating a recurring lag.
