Auto Refresh

Exp back-off on refreshes, would allow quick refreshes while you are on a page, but will delay the longer you spend on the page, potentially not viewing anymore.

Allow also a max refreshes, so we stop after X refreshes. triggering an even when we stop.
We should be able to trigger a reset, to set the counters back, and resume refreshes. this would allow us to display a refresh button when we disable auto refresh
