Switch over to the new sharing SDK, please

home-assistant/core#109155 updated the main Tuya integration's auth to use the new SDK, eliminating the need for a dev account.

Please do the same with this map integration, as the existing instructions in the readme no longer work (it links to the main Tuya page for creating a dev project but the linked page doesn't have those instructions anymore).

@Raymo111 I don't think that there will by any update any soon. It looks that this amazing integration has been abandoned 😢
