Create Login and Consent app for Hydra + Kratos

Hi, I really like Ory ecosystem and I appreciate all done work around it.

I want to build a Login and Consent app for Kratos so when user hit the domain that Hydra protect it would be redirected to Kratos and then to the login page of that app. I wanted to use kratos-selfservice-ui-node and it works perfectly but I see it uses deprecated @ory/elements-markup. The new package (@ory/elements) looks like a replacement but it does not allow to configure it to work with self-hosted version of Kratos (see #402). I need a minimal UI which features

• login by: Google, username/password page
• logout page

@ory/elements-react does work with self-hosted Kratos. @ory/nextjs is not needed, as you can run both on the same domain, and thus it doesn't require proxying cookies, etc.

As for the consent examples, we're still working on those. Keep an eye on the examples/ folder in this repository.

After long research a adopted the example provided by @MarkusThielker https://github.com/MarkusThielker that does not use latest ory elements but the one provided by
