New teaching lab

We have a new teaching lab on the @csdms wiki authored by Caitlin Haedrich (@chaedri) and Shelby Ahrendt (@shelbyahrendt) that fetches land surface elevation data with the Topography data component, passes it to GRASS GIS for reprojection to a new coordinate reference system, then loads it into Landlab as a RasterModelGrid.

I was sitting next to Caitlin and Shelby as they made this notebook during a break at the CSDMS Annual Meeting. They whipped it up in about 30 min! It was amazing to watch.
