Put APK files on Github release section instead to have a `release` or `latest` folder.

Instead to have a directory named release or latest you should use github releases and upload apk(s) there.
https://github.com/openvehicles/Open-Vehicle-Android/releases

It's the more formal way to deliver open source software.
The advantages are that you can upload make apk(s) if you have more than one architecture or flavor, also can set release version notes, and more.

Monitoring for updates is much easier via the formal way "GitHub releases".
I haven't yet found a suitable rule for Obtainium to check for the current version, as is currently being done with a directory named release. As a result, I regularly miss updates :(
With the normal GitHub-Releases-Way, this check would be possible without any problems.
Additionally, as eriknyk already wrote above, the changelogs can also be written there for each Version, which are always interesting to read :)
