Description
I have managed to get a few plugins out of whack with the cache I think. In the attached image, E++ ("Editor") is there as a local directory plugin, and the plugin manager still wants to update it to the same version.
I suspect it's caused by manually replacing an installed .op plugin with the directory version. It doesn't seem to pay any attention to the version of the directory plugin.
