Hottest or Featured Tracks #3

Hey,
I'm working on the integration of official.fm with 8tracks. So far I have an option where the user can search for tracks in official.fm and then use them in their mixes.
It works great, but it would be even better if I could have a initial set of tracks I could present to the users right away, based on any criteria. I could just search for a random word and present a list of tracks to my users, but I don't want my preselection to be biased.
So, is there any way I can fetch the hottest, feature, latest tracks or any other pre-selection?
