Modify generated links to other recognized symbols

Create a plugin so that when referencing a symbol by name, such as ":module:app/controllers/preferences~model", and the property being referred to on the class cannot be found, have the part that is recognized/does exist be linkable.

This may not be possible via a plugin - have not dug far enough into the specifics of this to know yet.
